The candidates who belong to SC/ST/BC categories with lower income are eligible to claim the scholarship. The qualified individuals should apply for e-pass AP Scholarship through online. The AP ePASS Application Process is simple if the candidates follow these simple steps. 1. First of all, Log on to the official Website of the APePASS.
2. The Official Site Address is @ epass.apcfss.in
3. The Homepage of the official site appears on the screen.

• In that Page, you can find a scroll bar on the right side of the page. See the Highlighted area in red.
• Drag down that scroll bar to the end.
• Click on the “Student Services” option. Check the highlighted area in the picture given below.

• A new page will be opened showing a list of Student Services.
• Click on the ‘CLICK HERE’ option given against ‘Postmatric Scholarships For 2021‘.

• The candidate will be directed to a new page showing the Andhra Pradesh ePass Application Form.
• Enter the Complete details as per your history.
• Enter the SSC hall ticket number, Date of Birth, SSC Pass Year correctly.
• Press the Enter button.
• It will be directed to a New Application Form.

• Then Click on the check boxes as shown below, and then the Apply Now will Activate.

• Read Carefully and click on the check boxes clearly and then click on Apply Button.

• Clicking on ‘Apply Now’ Button. It will redirect to the Next Page.
•  In the next page, you have to Enter your SSC Pass Type.

• Here they provide options like:

1. AP Regular
2. AP Supplementary/Private
3. CBSE
4. ICSE
5. Other Board
6. AP OSS
7. Oriental SSC
8. Direct Degree

• Click on your Respective Option.
• After that Enter your SSC Hall Ticket No, SSC Pass Year, Date of Birth.

• After Completion of Entering the Above data, it will retrieve the date. And give a chance for the Next Steps.
• Later, it will direct to the AP Epass Application Page. Enter the details correctly and click on the Submit Button.

Therefore, fill the complete details correctly without any manual mistakes. There is a chance of rejection of the application if any of the details are mentioned wrong. Also, Check the reasons for rejection and don’t repeat those mistakes.

Reasons for Rejection of the New AP ePASS Application

1. If the candidate is not the bonafide student.
2. Incorrect Caste, Income certificates are presented.

5. Non-submission of hard copy of the application.
6. If the student is not physically present at the time of verification.
7. Claiming scholarship for same level courses.
8. Previous sanction verification for renewal.
9. Non-receiving of hard copy for the Fresh application.
10. Non-receiving of the renewal proposal.
11. Claiming scholarship for same level courses.
12. The candidates who are not Not recommended by Field Officer
13. The Students admitted under management quota.
14. Incorrect course & year of study.
15. Nonsubmission of documents.
16. Discontinued/Detained students in case of renewals.
